Description
Professional long M39x2 NGMf machine threader for nuts. Manufactured from special HSS high-speed steel, the properties of which allow to increase the parameters of threading. The threaders offered in our store are used for cutting metric fine-coil threads, type M39x2. They are designed for professional applications in large workshops and plants, where not only conventional machine tools are used, but also modern CNC computer-controlled numerical devices. Fine-coil metric taps of this type enable very accurate and high-performance machining - at high speeds. Even under the influence of high temperatures generated during high-speed machining, the blades of taps maintain high cutting efficiency and are resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, abrasion, blunting). The high resistance of thread cutters to harsh working conditions results in the extension of their service life, as well as the possibility of machining very hard and hard-to-machine materials.
