Machine threader M4 for steel through hole
High quality M4 through machine tapping thread er with a short nut (2-3 coil) - has torsion chip grooves with through shank for making metric common threads type M diameter 4 mm. It is suitable for threading nuts in hard materials falling into categories P1.2 - P1.3 (metals, ordinary steels, carbon steels, bronze, brass, aluminum, copper, zinc, magnesium alloys, thermoplastics). The M4 through machine thread er is manufactured in accordance with ISO 529, and the threader we offer is made of special HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a unique tool steel, which directly affects the better quality of the threader. First of all, it influences greater resistance to harsh working conditions, including, among other things, the high temperature created during the machining process. Even when cutting hard materials, the blade of the tapping tool rarely cracks, breaks, chips and other damage. In addition, the HSS threader allows for higher cutting efficiency, which significantly reduces machining time and allows for lower labor costs.
