M4 blind machine threader for stainless steel
High quality M4 machine tapping threader for blind holes of general purpose for cutting ordinary metric internal threads, type M, diameter 4 mm, ISO DIN-13, with an angle of 60 degrees. It is mainly suitable for threading nuts. It is made of modern high-speed steel cobalt HSSE (High Speed Steel cobalt) according to DIN 376. HSS steel causes increased cutting efficiency (machining of more parts at the same time), and at the same time high precision of thread cutting. The tolerance field of the threads made complies with the ISO2 6H standard. M4 torsion machine taps are extremely resistant to harsh working conditions. Even under the influence of high temperatures generated during machining, there is a low risk of damage to the tapping blade (breakage, cracking, chipping, dulling). It can be used to thread even very hard materials, including metals, carbon steel (unalloyed), non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, thermoplastics. The tapping machine is dedicated to both individual customers and large factories.
