Modern M8x0,75 long machine thread cutter NGMf for nuts, made entirely of high-grade HSSE high-speed steel. Designed for cutting metric fine-coil threads type M, dimension 0,75. It is characterized by a very high quality of workmanship and the ability to significantly increase the threading parameters. The tools we offer are characterized by very high hardness and durability. HSSE cobalt steel, from which they are made, influences the possibility of a significant increase in the efficiency of machining, and the blades of the taps maintain resistance to abrasion even under the influence of high temperatures (up to 670 degrees C) generated during threading at high speed. This makes it possible to reduce working time and make more rational use of the machine tools you have. M8x0,75 long machine threaders are suitable for both conventional machine tools and modern CNC-controlled numerical control machine tools. An important advantage of HSSE steel taps is also their high resistance to very difficult working conditions. They are more resistant to mechanical damage than tools made of conventional tool steel.
