Modern long threader M16x1 machine NGMf for nuts. Designed for metric fine threads, type M 16x1. It is suitable for professional machining of very hard and hard-to-machine materials included in class P1.2 - P1.3 (metals, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics). Threaders are mainly dedicated to large plants and workshops, using not only conventional machine tools, but also modern computer-controlled numerical control machine tools. The long M16x1 machine fine threaders we offer are manufactured from modern HSS high-speed steel. It is a steel distinguished by increased hardness and durability, as well as resistance to abrasion under heavy working conditions. The blades of the taps are resistant to breaking, cracking, chipping and also dulling. These features increase the usability of taps and also extend their service life.
