These include carbon steels (unalloyed), metals, sheets, copper and aluminum alloys giving short chips and even thermoplastics. Long metal drills 15.0 of this type have a tip angle of 118 degrees, 2 central blades, strong cutting edges and special chip grooves. Thanks to these geometrical features, the drills allow aggressive cutting, resistance to impact and lateral forces, as well as rapid discharge of chips up the hole. The drills are manufactured in accordance with NWKb, DIN 340 from special HSS high-speed steel. Thanks to it, the drills are resistant to harsh cutting conditions, insensitive to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) and allow drilling at increased speeds. Their blades are resistant to mechanical damage, which extends their service life.
