Fine-coil machine taps of this type are suitable for machining hard and hard-to-machine unalloyed (carbon) steels, metals and non-ferrous metals, as well as metal alloys and hardened plastics. They are manufactured from special HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a modern material that allows for high quality machining, increased cutting performance and much higher accuracy of the threads being cut. The M12x1.25 long threaders we offer have a 60-degree angle and ISO2-6H tolerance class. They can withstand heavy cutting conditions and can be used for high speed machining. Even under the influence of high temperatures generated during high-speed machining, the threaders maintain high cutting efficiency and are resistant to any mechanical damage, such as breakage, chipping, chipping and also blunting of the blade.
