Modern NFTa three-sided cutter 80x16, type BH. This is a three-sided cutter with straight blades. It has blades on the short cylindrical surface and also on both faces. The NFTa milling cutter is made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 885. It is characterized by high strength for very heavy cutting conditions. It is suitable for high-performance machining at increased speeds. The blades of the 80x16 disc milling cutter are resistant to breakage, cracking, chipping, chipping, breaking out and more. This is due to the use of special HSS (High Speed Steel) for the production of cutters. Thanks to this steel, the cutters are very hard and have a long service life. They are suitable for milling shallow or narrow grooves, as well as for cutting through metal parts. They are dedicated to both individual customers and large manufacturing plants.
