High-quality three-sided alternately bevelled 80x20 NFTb mounted disc cutter with a working width of 20 mm and a working diameter of 80 mm. Type AN - three-sided with alternately oblique blades. This is a cutter characterized by high technical parameters. It is very hard and durable. It is suitable for milling narrow or shallow grooves. It can be used to perform finishing and fine machining. Their advantages contribute to greater comfort in machining and the possibility of reducing working time. Disc cutters 80x20 are made of modern HSS (High Speed Steel). They are characterized by high resistance to severe cutting conditions, including high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) generated during high-speed cutting. They are recommended for machining materials with high hardness yielding short chips: alloyed and unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals and metal alloys.
