Hand tapping machine M48x3 fine thread HSS - high quality hand tapping machine No. 2 (finisher) - for the implementation of the second stage of cutting metric fine threads, ISO DIN-13, with an angle of 60 degrees. It is suitable for threading through-holes and blind holes. Threading of the actual thread is carried out in two stages and before using the offered tapping tool, it is necessary to carry out the first stage of cutting with the No. 1 tapping tool (peeler) beforehand. Fine thread hand taps of this type are manufactured in accordance with ISO 2 from special HSS (High Speed Steel). This unique tool steel improves machining efficiency while maintaining high machining accuracy. The tolerance class of the threads produced is ISO2(6H). In addition, the threaders are also characterized by high resistance of their blades to possible damage during machining of hard materials. The offered threaders are suitable for threading workpieces made of unalloyed (carbon) steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and other hard materials. The tools are compliant with ISO2.
