Hand taps M1,8x0,2 fine-coil HSS - a set of two professional taps for cutting metric fine-coil threads type M1,8x0,2, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13, through and blind. They are designed for machining parts made of carbon steels (unalloyed, metals, non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper), their alloys (bronze, brass) and also hard plastics. M1.8x0.2 hand taps are manufactured by the well-known and respected company FRA - Fabrika Reznog Alata - Cacak.
Its products are distinguished by much higher quality workmanship and longer service life. The high quality of the offered taps is also due to the use of a special HSSE high-speed steel with 5% cobalt in its production. This is an exceptional tool steel, which affects the increase of cutting efficiency, improvement of the accuracy of cut threads, as well as a significant increase in the resistance of the blade to possible fractures, cracks and other damage caused during threading. M1.8x0.2 left hand taps are suitable for machining heat-resistant steels, acid-resistant steels, alloy steels, cast steel, cast iron and other hard and hard-to-machine materials. They are made according to DIN 2181, the thread tolerance field is 6H.
