Description
M22 x2.5 HSS hand tapping machine. No. 1 hand tapping threader for cutting ordinary metric type M threads, diameter 22, ISO DIN-13, with an angle of 60 degrees. The thread cutter's overlap is 2A/2P. The thread cutter is suitable for cutting through and blind threads. Complete threading requires the additional use of threads: proper and finishing threads. In the process of threading in three passes, the allowance of the cut material is divided between all three consecutively used tools. The tapping tool is made of special high-alloy tool steel HSS - (High Speed Steel). Its properties allow for greater precision in threading and higher productivity. In addition, it should be added that HSS steel increases the resistance of the tool to possible damage to the blade during operation. The tapping tool is suitable for machining materials falling into the category P1.2 - P1.3, including, in particular, metals, unalloyed (carbon) steels, non-ferrous metals and their alloys (copper, bronze, aluminum, brass). The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO-2(6H).
