Die M36x3 for manual and machine threading
High quality M36x3 HSS threading dies, round, metric fine-coil designed for threading very hard and hard-to-machine materials. It is suitable for external threads with a nominal diameter of M36x3. Their tolerance class is 6g, and the proper execution of the thread takes place already in the first working pass - the nut 1,75P. Die offered in our store are made with the highest accuracy, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. For their production a special HSS - High Speed Steel is used. This is a modern high speed steel, designed for the production of tools for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials. Thanks to the properties of this steel, our offered die fine-coils combine high resistance to heavy cutting conditions with the possibility of very fine machining. They are resistant to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) generated during high-speed threading, which allows to increase the efficiency of machining and make more rational use of the available workstations.
