Die M27x2 HSS for threading, round, NHDa type. Designed for professional cutting of M27x2, fine threads in hard materials of P1.2 class - P1.c. Die of this type are suitable for machining of unalloyed steel, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, hardened plastics. They have been manufactured according to the recommendations of the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. For the production of the button dies, professional high-speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel has been used. This is a specialized tool steel characterized by increased cutting parameters. First of all, the die offered by us combine resistance to harsh cutting conditions, the ability to increase the efficiency of machining, as well as increased resistance to mechanical damage. High-speed steel is resistant to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C), which allows cutting at high speeds. Die are suitable for manual and machine threading.
