Modern threading dies M27x1,5 WS for threading, fine-coil intended for cutting external threads with a nominal diameter of M27x1,5. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, and the complete threading is done after less than two coils, in the first working pass. Die offered in our store are manufactured in accordance with DIN 22 568, from modern WS tool steel. This is a steel characterized by improved cutting properties, and tools made of it are more resistant to harsh cutting conditions. Die from this steel combine resistance to wear and high temperatures with the possibility of processing at increased speeds. The features of the tooling improve the quality of cutting significantly, as well as the ability to increase machining productivity. Our offered die fine-coil is suitable for machining of unalloyed steels, metals, plastics, non-ferrous metals, automatic steels and metal alloys.
