High-quality diamond multi-flute insert, type VCMT, with corner radius of 35 degrees, 160408 with EN-SF chipbreaker made by Korean manufacturer - Horn. Carbide insert has the following dimensions: side length l - 16,5 mm, insert thickness s - 4,76 mm, corner radius re - 0,80 mm. It is made of a modern grade of tungsten carbide CT 1115 (P20-P45) coated by CVD method. It is a grade with exceptional cutting properties,designed for medium and rough machining of steel and cast steel in difficult machining conditions. Multi-cutting inserts in our store are resistant to heavy cutting conditions, as well as resistant to high temperatures (700 - 1000 degrees C) generated during high-speed cutting. The inserts are recommended for cutting hard and hard-to-machine materials.
