Carbide insert TPUN110304 lathe, multi-point HTC from Korean manufacturer Horn. Carbide insert TPUN 110304 lathe, multi-sharpness with high cutting properties, designed for milling hard materials. It is a triangular bevelled insert, without chipbreaker, type TPUN 110304 S30 made by the Korean manufacturer of Horn.
It has the following dimensions: side length l - 11.0 mm, insert thickness s - 3.18 mm, corner radius re - 0.4 mm. It is made of a special grade of HTC carbide (P25-P35). This unique grade is designed for medium-precision and coarse machining of steel and cast steel at medium and low cutting speeds and significant cross-sections of the cut layer in difficult machining conditions. The multi-cutting inserts in our store are resistant to heavy cutting conditions and also resistant to abrasive wear under the influence of high temperatures reaching up to 700 - 1000 degrees C. The inserts are dedicated to both individual customers and large industrial plants.
