Professional TNMM 220416 lathe insert, multi-point, type TNMM 220416 NT-35, with a triangular shape, designed for high-performance turning of parts made of hard and difficult-to-machine materials. The manufacturer of the insert is a Polish company Baildonit with more than 35 years of experience in the tool industry, specializing in the production of multi-sharpened inserts. We offer you high-quality multi-tool inserts with the following dimensions: side length l - 22.0 mm, insert thickness s - 4.76 mm, corner radius re - 1.6 mm. They are made of NT-35 grade of tungsten carbide (P20-P45) coated by CVD method. Thanks to the properties of this carbide, the multicutting inserts are more resistant to heavy cutting conditions and resistant to abrasive wear under high temperature. The inserts are designed for high-performance medium and rough machining of steel and cast steel under harsh machining conditions.
