It has the following dimensions: side length l -12.70 mm, insert thickness s - 3.18 mm, insert radius re- 1.2 mm. Carbide insert SPUN 120304 multi-cutting insert is manufactured from high quality NTP35 sintered carbide, whose technical properties result in higher cutting performance greater resistance to harsh conditions and also greater resistance to abrasive wear. Multicutting inserts in our offer are designed for medium-precision and coarse machining of steel and cast steel at medium and low cutting speeds and large cross-sections of the cut layer in difficult machining conditions. They are recommended not only to small workshops, but especially to large industrial plants - for multi-batch machining. They are suitable for conventional and CNC machine tools.
