The 4335 grade is used for a wide range of applications and mixed production environments of steel, stainless steel and cast iron. Carbide insert SCMT 09T304 turning, multi-sharpness, designed for machining hard and difficult-to-machine materials.
SCMT 09T304 insert type. It is manufactured by the Swedish company Sandvik. It is a rhombic insert with an angle of 55 degrees, with a hole and chipbreaker on both sides. The length of the side of the insert15,50 mm, the thickness of the insert 6,35 mm, the corner radius 1,20 mm. The multicutting inserts offered in our store are made of a special grade of sintered carbide 4315 (P20-P45) . It is a CVD-coated grade, designed for medium and rough machining of steel and cast iron. Multicutting inserts can be used for turning, boring and other machining operations even in very difficult conditions, including high temperatures reaching 700 - 1000 degrees C. The inserts in our store are characterized by hardness close to that of diamond and also increased resistance to abrasive wear and other mechanical damage. In this respect, their resistance is much higher than tools made of high-speed steels.
