Description

A 1 1/2-6 BSW inch Whitworth thread cutter for cutting external threads. Suitable for both hand and machine threading. The angle is 55 degrees, the nut is 1.75P. It is made in accordance with DIN-EN 22568, using special WS tool steel. It is a steel characterized by high hardness and durability. Thanks to these properties, the chisels are characterized by increased resistance to harsh machining conditions. They are designed to increase resistance to high temperatures arising at the stage of high-performance threading - at high speed. Inch-pipe dies offered in our store are dedicated to both individual customers and large manufacturing plants carrying out multi-series processing. The blades of the dies are resistant to any mechanical damage, which significantly increases the durability of the tools and extends their service life.
