Whitworth anneal BSW 7/16-14

Burnisher 7/16-14 BSW inch Whitworth for cutting external threads. The burnisher complies with the dimensional standard DIN-EN 22568 and is made of special HSS 800 high speed steel. This is a unique tool steel, thanks to which the burnishers are characterized by increased resistance to very heavy cutting conditions. They can be used for high-performance threading (at high speed), as the blades are resistant to the high temperature generated during high-speed cutting. Increasing the efficiency of cutting makes it possible to shorten the machining time and thus enable more rational use of the workstations. Whitworth dies offered in our store are suitable for threading workpieces made of unalloyed steels, structural steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
