A professional machine tool dies designed for cutting UNEF unified American threads, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22568. It is a dies distinguished by increased resistance to very heavy cutting conditions. Its use increases the comfort of work and makes it possible to achieve high machining accuracy.
The UNEF dies we offer are a designed for cutting threads with a diameter of 9/16 - 24 and an angle of 60 degrees. The tolerance class of the made threads is 2A. UNEF 6/19-24 an nealers were produced from special HSS (High Speed Steel), which makes them more resistant to harsh working conditions and resistant to any mechanical damage. The toolholders have been manufactured from high quality HSS (High Speed Steel). The properties of HSS steel increase the quality of cutting and improve working comfort. They also allow to increase cutting efficiency and reduce overall working time.
