Modern machine Tap 9/16-24 UNEF with reinforced shank for machine cutting of American unified threads with normal pitch. UNC thread type, 9/16 diameter, 24 turns per inch. Thread type C - for through-holes and blind holes in materials giving short chips. The tolerance class of the threads made is 2B.
The 9/16-24 UNEF unified machine threaders we offer are manufactured in accordance with DIN 374 from special high-alloy cobalt high speed steel. It is distinguished by its high hardness, durability and resistance to harsh working conditions. Even when threading hard materials at high speed, the blades of the taps are resistant to fracture, cracking, chipping and breaking out. Blunting of the blades is also slower. Thanks to these advantages, the threaders are suitable for machining materials of the P1.2 class - P1.3. These include metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics and unalloyed (carbon) steels.
