Die UNF 1 1/2-12 is designed to cut external threads with a diameter of 1 1/2 inch (38.1 mm) and 12 threads per inch. The UNF (Unified National Fine) fine thread standard offers twice as many threads per inch as its UNC 1 1/2-6 counterpart, providing maximum load capacity and exceptional resistance to loosening. HSS ensures durability when machining large diameters.
