High quality core hole drill 50 for metal tube drill with a nominal diameter of 50 mm, short, designed for making (milling) holes of large diameters. It is also called trepanning or crown drill bit. It is made by a Polish manufacturer from special high-grade HSS high-speed steel. Trepanation drills fi 50 for tubular metal are used to process holes only on their periphery. Such a process of making holes reduces the amount of chips formed, and the so-called residual material can be used as full-value material. The advantage of using tubular drills is also lower power consumption and a significant reduction in working time - by about 30-40% compared to standard drills. Tubular drills have a metric shank fi ¾ inch (19.05 mm). They are most often used in magnet drilling machines, and also by using fi 18 mm shank in milling machines and lathes.
