M16x1 left annealer for manual and machine threading

M16x1 HSS threading root, metric fine-coil with a nominal diameter of M16x1. Designed for manual and machine cutting of external threads, left-handed - LH. The proper execution of threads takes place already in the first working pass, after less than two coils. The anneals are made according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 56, and a special high-speed steel HSS 800 is used for their production. The properties of this steel allow the processing of hard materials whose tensile strength is equal to or does not exceed 800Mpa.

The dies are suitable for threading parts made of hard unalloyed metal steels, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and hardened plastics. Fine threaded dies also show good resistance to rapid changes in temperature and its increase up to 800 degrees C. The manufacturer of the tools is the Polish company FANAR.
