Modern carbide rotary burr rounded fi 16 mm, shape C, length of the working part 12 mm, M06. The file is designed for professional processing of hard hard-to-machine materials, including unalloyed and alloyed steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant and heat-resistant steel, cast steel, various grades of cast iron. Rotary files are used for shaping and finishing sawing, for leveling any irregularities on the machined surface, for removing corrosion, for chamfering, for machining welded seams, for smoothing welds. Rounded rotary files fi 16 mm, are dedicated to both small workshops and large industrial plants. Rounded rotary files fi 16 mm, are made of sintered carbide in the working part, which increases the cutting capabilities. Rotary files made of VHM sintered carbides maintain hardness and wear resistance at high temperatures (even 700 - 1000 degrees C). The files are characterized by hardness close to diamond.
