Carbide insert has the following dimensions: side length l - 11,0 mm, insert thickness s - 2,38 mm, corner radius re - 0,4 mm. It is distinguished by increased resistance to very difficult cutting conditions, as well as increased resistance to abrasive wear under high temperature. The multi-cutting inserts in our store are manufactured from a special grade of carbide H6310 (M15-M35). It is a CVD-coated grade that allows high-performance machining of even very hard and hard-to-machine materials, such as unalloyed and alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast steel and even cast iron. H6310 carbide multi-cutting inserts are designed for medium and rough machining of steel. They can be used for conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools.
