Professional carbide rotary burr arc sharp fi 12 mm designed for shaping and finishing sawing. It is used for cutting a layer of 0.1 mm to 1 mm from the processed surface. The file in our store has a G-shape, a diameter of 12 mm and a working part length of 25 mm, M06. Arc sharp rotary files fi 12 mm are recommended for removing corrosion, chamfering, aligning welds and seams, breaking edges, removing irregularities, smoothing burrs. Rotary files are manufactured from VHM carbide. As a result, they are distinguished by their diamond-like hardness, increased resistance to abrasion when exposed to high temperatures (700 - 1000 degrees C). This allows cutting at very high speeds, enabling shorter machining time and at the same time increasing working comfort.
