High-quality inch thread cutter for machine cutting of Whitworth ordinary threads - BSW. This is a NGWf thread cutter for nuts. The threads made have a cross-section of 1 ¼ inches, 7 turns per inch. Tolerance field of made threads 2B, BS-84:1956, angle outline triangular, angle 55 degrees. Our Whitworth machine taps are characterized by high resistance to heavy cutting conditions and the ability to machine parts made even from very hard and hard-to-machine materials. They maintain high cutting properties even when machining at very high speeds. They are also resistant to high temperatures generated during machining (up to 600 degrees C). The machine threaders in question are produced from modern HSS high speed steel, which is characterized by the ability to increase cutting performance while maintaining high precision. In addition, HSS threaders are rarely subject to mechanical damage (breaking, cracking, chipping, dulling), which prolongs their service life.
