Professional threading machine NGWf for making Whitworth inch common threads - BSW. Thread diameter ¾ inch, 10 turns per inch, tolerance class of made threads 2B. Thread outline triangular with an angle of 55 degrees. Whitworth machine threaders offered by us are produced from special high-grade HSS - SW7M. The properties of this steel affect the better cutting properties, and thus the high quality of threading. The machine taps in question are characterized by high strength and resistance to possible damage of blades during processing of hard materials (breaking, cracking, chipping, breaking out, blunting). However, taps allow high machining accuracy and high threading efficiency. They are suitable for machining parts made of unalloyed (carbon) steel, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and even hard plastics.
