Description

Modern Whitworth machine thread cutter, type NGWf, BSW for cutting common inch threads, diameter 7/8, 9 turns per inch. Tolerance class of threads made 2B, BS-84:1956 The Whitworth machine threaders in question are manufactured with the highest precision from special modern high-speed steel - HSS. The composition of the steel influences the increased durability and hardness of the threaders, and thus their higher resistance to harsh working conditions. Even when threading at high speeds during which high temperatures are generated, the machine threaders in question maintain high cutting efficiency and are extremely rarely subject to mechanical damage. This also extends their service life. Our threaders are suitable for machining materials of class P1.2 - P1.3. These are mainly metals and unalloyed (carbon) steels.
