Description

High quality machine thread cutter for nuts - NGWf. Designed for cutting Whitworth inch threads, type BSW, diameter 1 - 8, BS-84:1956. Thread outline triangular with an angle of 55 degrees. Tolerance class of made threads 2B. Whitworth machine threaders offered in our store are produced from high quality HSS (High Speed Steel). This unique type of tool steel influences the achievement of much better cutting parameters and, above all, higher precision with higher productivity. Thanks to the properties of HSS steel, the machine taps in question are exceptionally resistant to harsh working conditions, and above all to the high temperatures generated when machining very hard materials. These include unalloyed steels (carbon), metals, non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum), metal alloys (bronze, brass), as well as hard thermoplastics.
