Machine tapping M22 for steel for blind holes
High quality M22 torsion machine tapping thread er for blind holes with a short nut (2-3 coil) - has general purpose torsion chip grooves, with an elongated through shank. It is suitable for cutting ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 22 mm, ISO DIN-13, angle 60 degrees, tolerance class 6H. Thread cutter cap C (2-3P)- for through-holes and blind holes, helical chip grooves. The metric machine threaders in question are manufactured with the highest precision according to DIN 376/35 from special high speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a material that exhibits high hardness, durability and wear resistance at temperatures up to 600 degrees C. The metric machine taps we offer, made of this material, have significantly better cutting properties than tools made of standard tool steel. An important advantage of them is also the possibility of significantly increasing the efficiency of cutting, and thus reducing working time and overall machining costs. M22 torsion machine taps are designed for threading workpieces made of materials of category P1.2 - P1.3.
