Drill 19,5 mm cobalt HSSE Inox. Professional cylindrical twist drill bit for making through-holes and blind holes with a section of 19,5 cm. It has 2 central blades, a tip angle of 118 degrees ii special grooves for rapid discharge of chips up the drilled hole. The cylindrical drills offered to you are uniform, which means they are made entirely of HSSE high-speed steel.
This is a unique tool steel characterized by high cutting properties. Thanks to it, the drills are resistant to high temperatures generated during high-speed machining and allow high machining efficiency. Moreover, the cobalt content (about 5%) makes the drills extremely resistant to very hard cutting conditions and allows drilling into very hard and hard-to-machine materials. The drill blades are resistant to cracking, breaking, chipping and even dulling. They can be used for drilling holes in parts made of alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, cast iron and cast steel. The 19.5mm cobalt metal drills are suitable for various types of machine tools, including conventional drills, lathes, milling machines and CNC-controlled machine tools.
