Professional M14 blind through-hole machine taps with through-hole shank of general purpose for cutting ordinary metric threads, type M, diameter - 14 mm, angle - 60 degrees, type of nut D - for threading short through-holes. Tolerance class of the threads made ISO 2(6H), execution in accordance with DIN 376. Our offer includes metric machine threaders produced from special HSS (High Speed Steel).
This is a specialized material that allows for higher machining efficiency, as well as higher threading precision. In addition, M14 steel machine thread ers are resistant to harsh working conditions, especially to the high temperature created when cutting at high speed. Thanks to HSS steel, machine threaders are resistant to breakage, cracking, chipping, breaking out and even blunting of the blade. They are suitable for machining materials in categories P1.2 - P1.3 (unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys).
