Machine tapping M14x1,25 through threader for steel
Modern machine taps M14x1,25 straight through - for through holes with through shank, complying with DIN 374. Designed for making metric fine threads type M 14x1,25. Type of the nut B - for threading various lengths of through holes in materials giving short chips. The tolerance class of the threads made is ISO2-6H. Machine threading dies M14x1,25 offered by our store are produced by the Czech tool factory Narex.
It has been operating in the tool market for more than 60 years, and its rich experience is supplemented by co-operation with scientific institutions. Research of scientists is used to introduce modern materials into production and to implement new technologies of tool making. The fine-coil machine threaders we offer are produced from modern high-speed steel with the addition of cobalt HSSE. This is a steel with enhanced cutting properties, allowing the machining of very hard materials (alloy steels, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, cast steel, cast iron). HSSE steel taps are very hard, durable and wear-resistant even at very high temperatures reaching 670 degrees C. The blades are resistant to mechanical damage, which significantly extends the life of the tools.
