Description
Modern NGMf long M45x3 machine nut tapping machine, designed for cutting metric fine threads of M 45x3 type. It has a nut angle of 60 degrees, and the tolerance class of the threads made is ISO2-6H. The fine-coil machine thread cutters in the offer of our store are produced from high-grade HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a steel used for the production of specialized cutting tools used in large factories and workshops. HSS high speed steel taps are suitable for high-performance threading using conventional and numerical control - CNC machine tools. The most important advantage of the threaders in question is their high resistance to heavy cutting conditions and the possibility of machining very hard materials. The blades of the threading dies are resistant to abrasion under high temperature (up to 600 degrees C), and also resistant to breaking, cracking, blunting and other mechanical damage.
