Modern M2,5 long machine tapping threader NGMf for nuts, designed for machine cutting of metric threads M, ISO DIN-13, long, NGMf, with a diameter of 2,5 mm. The accuracy class of the threads made is 6H. It is suitable for various types of conventional machine tools with standard cutting speeds. The tapping machine was manufactured from modern HSSE high-speed steel. It is a modern tool steel whose important ingredient is cobalt. Its content increases the hardness of the steel and also increases its resistance to very difficult cutting conditions. M2.5 long machine taps made of HSSE steel can be used for machining heat-resistant and heat-resistant steels, alloy steels, acid-resistant steels, cast steels and various grades of cast iron. HSSE steel tools are mainly recommended for high-performance machining at increased speeds, even at high temperatures (up to 650 degrees C). The blades of the tapping tool are resistant to any mechanical damage, which translates into reduced threading time and thus a significant reduction in machining costs. The tapping machine is designed in particular for threading nuts.
