Machinelong threader M12x1 NGMf for nuts and threading of deep holes with a long nut of 12 turns. High-quality general-purpose machine tapping machine for cutting ordinary metric left-handed LH threads, type NGMf M 10 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The tapping machine is suitable for threading nuts with extended shank. Tolerance of the produced thread according to ISO2 - 6H. The M12x1 long tapping threader is manufactured from special high speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a modern high-grade tool steel, valued mainly for its resistance to severe cutting conditions, including high temperature (up to 600 degrees C). This special feature allows high-speed machining, as the thread cutter blade is not subject to damage such as blade breakage, fracture, cracking, dulling or chipping. In addition, thanks to the properties of high-speed steel, it is possible to achieve high precision threading and also increased productivity. It is possible to significantly reduce working time, and thus reduce labor costs. The threading machine is designed for machining parts made of materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3.
