M4 Fanar HSSE-PM powder actuated chaser
HSSE-PM powder ed through dieM4 for making ordinary metric threads, type M, cross-section 4 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The die is manufactured from modern cobalt high speed steel HSSE-PM. This is a unique material, allowing to significantly increase cutting efficiency and thus reduce working time. The use of this tapping tool is not only justified technically, but also economically.
HSSE-PM steel taps are extremely resistant to various types of blade damage when cutting hard and hard-to-machine raw materials. These include metals, ordinary steels, carbon steels, auto steels, brass, copper, zinc, aluminum alloys, brass, bronze and even thermoplastics. The offered tapping machine also ensures high precision machining, and thanks to its characteristics it is dedicated not only to private customers, but also to large plants carrying out small and medium batch production.
