Hand taps M33x1.5 fine threads
Hand tapsM33x1,5 fine-coil HSS - a high-end set of two professional hand taps. The threaders in question are designed for making metric fine-coil threads, type M 33x1,5 ISO DIN-13, with an angle of 60 degrees. The threading process is carried out in two successive stages, for which both threaders included in the set are used in turn: the proper one with an 8P cut and the finishing one with a 2P cut. The total allowance of the material to be cut is divided between the two threaders respectively. They are manufactured in accordance with ISO 529 from modern high speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a steel that allows high cutting performance while achieving high accuracy of cut ISO2 (6H) threads. M33x1.5 hand taps are characterized by high hardness, durability and abrasion resistance. They can withstand tough cutting conditions and their blades are resistant to mechanical damage caused during machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials. Offered hand threaders M33x1,5 fine-coil are suitable for threading parts made of materials included in the group P1.2 - P1.3.
