M32x1.5 fine thread hand taps

Hand tapsM32x1,5 fine-coil HSS - a set of professional metric fine-coil taps for manual threading type M 32x1,5, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. They are suitable for threading through-holes and blind holes. The set includes two threaders: a proper threader with an 8P cut and a finishing threader with a 2P cut. The process of threading holes is carried out in two successive passes, using a special knob. The M32x1.5 fine-coil manual threaders we offer are manufactured from modern high-speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel).

This is a steel that allows for increased hardness and durability of the taps, as well as high resistance to harsh cutting conditions. HSS steel also increases the resistance of the blades to possible blade damage during machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials (fractures, cracks, chipping). In addition, M32x1.5 hand threaders allow high cutting performance and high threading accuracy at the same time. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO2 (6H). Designed for threading workpieces made of P1.2 - P1.3 materials, including metals, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and others. The symbol of the threadmakers' manufacturing class according to ISO 529.
