Description
Hand Tap M3 x0,5 HSS - high quality No. 3 (finisher) general-purpose thread cutter, for making short ordinary metric M3 threads, with an angle of 60 degrees. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO 2(6H), and the length of the nut is 6-8 turns - nut type 2A/2P. The threadmaker is made in accordance with the standard marked ISO 529, from high-grade HSS (High Speed Steel) tool steel. It is designed for making internal through and blind threads in metals, ordinary and low-alloy steels (P1.2-P1.3), non-ferrous metals and their alloys as well as hard plastics. The thread cutter has a very high quality and guarantees precise machining of materials even in very difficult conditions A special knob is required to make the thread. In order to fully cut the thread, it is required to use in advance thread cutter No. 1 - for preliminary thread cutting, and thread cutter No. 2 - for actual thread cutting.
