Description

M3.5 x0.6 HSS Hand Threader. High-quality general-purpose thread tapping machine No. 3, thread type M, diameter 3,5 for making ordinary metric, hand threads with a special knob. It is designed for machining metals, non-ferrous metals, ordinary and low-alloy steels (P1.2-P1.3), as well as hard plastics. It is suitable for threading through-holes and blind holes. Made of special tool steel HSS - High Speed Steel guaranteeing high quality of cut threads and resistance of the tool to blade damage during operation. In addition, HSS steel increases the efficiency of machining and affects the higher precision of cutting. The thread cutter is made according to the standard marked ISO 529, and is distinguished by very high performance in its class. The tolerance field of the thread is ISO 2(6H), while the nut is 2A/2P. For complete threading, the additional use of tapping tool No. 1 (preliminary) and tapping tool No. 2 (proper) is necessary.
