Hand tapsM12 x1,75 HSS - a set of three high-quality hand taps for cutting ordinary metric threads M 12, according to ISO DIN 13 with an angle of 60 degrees, using a special knob. With them you can thread through-holes and blind holes in materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels (carbon), metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics. The offered threaders are manufactured by the well-known Polish company Fanar and are the most efficient in their class.
They are made of special HSS (High Speed Steel) tool steel, which allows precise cutting, and additionally affects the greater strength of the blade. Thanks to the use of HSS, the risk of its damage during heavy-duty work is minimized. M12 hand taps, made according to DIN 352, have a high reputation and are characterized by very high machining performance. The tolerance field of the threads is ISO2/6H. Threading is carried out in three stages, the total allowance of the material to be cut is appropriately divided between the individual threaders. The tools are dedicated not only to individual customers, but also to large plants carrying out small batch production.
