Hand tapsM12 x1,75 HSS - a set of professional taps of the well-known and respected brand Fanar. Fanar- is a modern Polish company operating continuously for more than 60 years. Its tools provide high machining efficiency and the ability to cut even very hard and hard-to-machine materials. They are dedicated to almost all industries around the world. The set includes three threaders: no. 1 - 8P, No. 2 - 4P and No. 3 - 2P. The offered threaders are used for cutting ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 12, left-hand (LH), ISO DIN 13, with tolerance field ISO 2/6H, with an angle of 60 degrees.
They are suitable for threading through-holes and blind holes. Threads are made in three successive passes: i.e.: pre-threading, proper threading and finishing threading. The taps are manufactured from high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel. Its properties allow a significant increase in the cutting parameters, including, in particular, increase the resistance of the blade to damage, and at the same time allow the machining of very hard materials. M12 hand taps can be used for machining materials falling into categories P1.2 - P1.3, such as metals, non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper), non-ferrous metal alloys (bronze, brass), plastics and unalloyed steels (carbon). The taps comply with the standard marked DIN 352.
