M12 x1,75 HSS hand taps. Three pieces of professional general purpose taps for cutting threads in three passes. A pre-cut threader with an 8P cut and a finishing threader with a 2P cut are used in successive steps. The tools are designed for making ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 12, ISO DIN-13, with an angle of 60 degrees.
Threading is done manually using a special knob. The tools are made by the company VIS from modern HSS high-speed tool steel. This raw material significantly strengthens the strength of the taps to withstand harsh machining conditions, increases the resistance of the blade to cracking or breaking when cutting threads, and at the same time expands the catalog of materials for machining. M12 hand taps are suitable for threading parts made of hard metals, high-alloy steels, heat-resistant steels, acid-resistant steels, cast iron, cast steel and other materials. The taps have high quality workmanship and are in accordance with the standard marked ISO 529.
