End mill 18 Morse taper for stainless steel

Morse 18 taper burr, designed for finishing, semi-finishing and roughing. It is a cylindrical face milling cutter, also commonly known as a finger milling cutter. It conforms to the DIN 845 BKN standard. It has a Morse taper shank, torsion blades with an angle of 30 degrees. Between the blades are special chip grooves designed for efficient removal of chips on the outside of the tool. This avoids the risk of clogging the grooves during machining and damaging the tool. The 18 Morse taper burrs in our store are made of high-quality HSS-E high-speed steel - with the addition of 5% cobalt. Such a composition of steel increases the hardness and durability of the tools, increases their resistance to harsh cutting conditions and allows machining of hard-to-machine materials: alloy steels, stainless steel, acid- and heat-resistant steel, cast steel and various types of cast iron.
